About Me

   I love beer, and the best way I thought of to share my love of beer was by writing about it.  I have home brewed for many years, which is what initially got me writing. I created buffalotheorybrewing.com as a way to keep track of my recipes, and as an excuse to do research beer chemistry and other beer related things. After a while I started doing beer reviews and writing about beer events and suddenly I was writing about craft beer more than home brewing, and Portland Craft Beer was born.
